Damaged / Lost shipment enquires

1. Please inspect the contents of your shipment and notify a customer care team member immediately if anything is missing. Customers have 48 hours from the date of receipt to report packages and merchandise that is damaged.
2. Customers who have been waiting for their shipment longer than 5 business days (from the Date of INV) should call us immediately for assistance. If we don't hear from you, we assume that your order has been received and is intact.
3. Further action on the same will be informed by the customer care team member on re-shipment of your order.

Fraudulent Credit Card Charges

All fraudulent credit card charges are investigated by our Legal and Technical departments. Please note that we record all Host IP addresses during transactions and any fraudulent action shall be reported to authorities immediately for investigation.
