We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or delayed return packages.
Defective or Damaged Items
Merchandise that is defective or damaged can be exchanged within 60 days of purchase. Once inspected and confirmed defective, we will replace the item and ship the replacement free via Standard Shipping.
Refunds
Moftware and its brands (Fommy.com and AMZER) offer a no-hassle 60-day refund policy from the date of purchase. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
